Array has been tested and proven for quality. Our quality system has been certified and is registered to AS9100 and ISO9001-2000. It’s been audited and approved by ITS Intertek Services, DESC and NAC through DCASMA Orlando, Motorola, Allied Signal Aerospace, General Electric and others. The inspection sampling plan is in accordance with MIL-STD-105 Level II, Normal. Our inspection system has qualified to NASA Handbook 5300.4 through Lockheed Space Operations Company. Array’s test equipment calibration is based on ISO 9001 and is traceable to NIST.
MIL-DTL-5015 Connector
MS3100 through MS3109 and commercial versions of MIL-DTL-5015 environmentally sealed circular connector. Available in threaded, bayonet and reverse bayonet coupling with solder, crimp or pc tail contacts. Also available in AC and ACB series commercial versions.

MIL-DTL-26482 Connector
MS3110 through MS3129 and commercial versions of MIL-DTL-26482 environmentally sealed circular connector. Available in threaded and bayonet coupling with solder, crimp or pc tail contacts. Also available in PW, PWF and PWC series commercial versions.

D38999 PC Tail Connector
Array's AC383 series D38999 connector with pc tail contacts provides superior environmental sealing and displays excellent EMI/RFI characteristics. This series of connector is fully sealed and available in many different pc tail lengths and mounting styles.

Hermetic Connectors
Array can provide hermetic sealing in any circular connector configuration. These glass-sealed packages are used mostly in critical components and assemblies for aerospace use, where leakage must be prevented even under extreme changes in temperature, pressure, and humidity.

Filtered Connectors
Array has the ability to add EMI/RFI filtering to any series of our connectors, usually without changing the overall dimensions of the connector. This product series is available in capacitor or planar style filters.

Nano Connectors
Array's Nano Connector series is designed for applications which require Mil-Spec environmental sealing and EMI performance in an extremely small package. Available in composite, stainless steel and aluminum shells with blind mate, in line, panel or box mount styles, with 2 to 19 contacts, all in a connector less than 0.5" in diameter.
